The Kettle Creek Conservation Authority (KCCA) was incorporated by an Order in Council in 1965. In partnership with its member municipalities, and the Province of Ontario, the Authority manages the natural resources of the Kettle Creek watershed and devotes itself to water and land conservation projects. The Full Authority, or Board of Directors, makes program decisions and allocates funds. This body is comprised of ten representatives from municipalities within the watershed. Together the members develop programs that further the conservation, restoration, development and management of the natural resources of Kettle Creek watershed.
Kettle Creek Conservation Authority is now accepting résumés for the following job opportunities. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license; be available for all shifts including weekends and statutory holidays; and cannot be related to the employer.

Lifeguards (6 positions at $10.75/ hr • 11 weeks – June - Sept)
- Knowledge and experience in the daily operation of a pool.
- Current holder of a National Certificate, St. John Ambulance Emergency First Aid Certificate and preferably a current certificate to teach swimming lessons as stated in Ontario Regulation 381/84, (19).
- Good communication, supervisory and teaching skills.
- Ability to deal fairly and tactfully with the general public.
- Have strong customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work without direct supervision.
- Available to work weekends, evenings and statutory holidays.
- Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license.
- Preferably possess an Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma
