You create up to 5 screening questions that candidates applying through WorkCabin's online apply procedure must answer with yes or no. When candidates answer the questions and apply, our tool filters and ranks applicants. Our system will email all passing grade applicants to you; you can view all applicants' resumes and how they scored by logging in to your WorkCabin account. From your employer account area, you can further manage applicants, if you wish.
