The British Columbia Conservation Foundation (BCCF) is seeking an energetic, organized and adaptable person to fill the fast-paced role of a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess both work and life experiences in the natural environment. This includes education in the environmental sector as well as extensive personal experience and interest in the outdoors. The individual will be expected to bring a positive can-do attitude to the job, as well as a willingness to learn, adapt, and respond quickly while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail at all times.
Project Coordinators are responsible for providing project management and administrative services including; managing assigned projects, negotiating contracts, hiring contractors and employees, and working with partners from other agencies. The Project Coordinator reports to the Regional Manager.
