Operation Manager
The Operations Manager directs and coordinates with the Board of Directors and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO). This position includes collecting broodstock for coho, chinook & chum salmon, monitoring fish health, managing educational events, collaborating with the school district and DFO to assist with execution of the stream to sea program and much more! The Operations Manager will plan, direct and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Oldfield Creek Fish Hatchery.
