Reporting to the Supervisor, Rural Water Services, an employee in this job will provide technical and administrative advice and support to clients and staff specific to water resource management issues and/or related events typically within a specific geographic area of the province.
Duties and responsibilities will primarily focus on regulatory approvals, complaints investigation and resolution, watershed operations activities, provision of technical and administrative assistance to clients and participating in the in the delivery of WSA sponsored programs.
You will work among a diverse and passionate team of professionals, in the fields of engineering, water quality, ecology, law, sociology, public policy, and other external agencies. To learn more about the full scope of duties for this position, visit wsask.ca.
The successful candidate should possess a Diploma in Water Resources Engineering Technology or a similar discipline, as well as be eligible for certification with a relevant Professional Association.
