Yes! We do our best to support nonprofit organizations doing good work! Our Plans & Options page offers special discounted rates and plans for nonprofits.
Each job posting can list only one specific job title. You cannot combine multiple roles or post “Various Roles” or “Seeking Summer Staff – Various Positions” in a single ad. If you’re hiring for more than one position, create a separate ad for each title. Keeping it to one role per job posting ad helps us keep WorkCabin sustainable and ensures each job gets the attention it deserves.

We offer a FREE Repost Guarantee and Deadline Extension for any job ad within 60 days or posting. Contact us at nature@workcabin.ca for assistance. Re-posting of an advertisement after 60 days from the original posting date is considered to be a new ad, and therefore normal ad rates apply.

Yes. We offer the option of using our secure, onsite, online payment process. You remain on WorkCabin throughout the online payment process. You can pay online using MasterCard or Visa.
All single job ads are for a maximum 60 days. Re-posted job ads are subject to our regular posting rates.
For quality control we review all job advertisements before they are made live. We usually activate advertisements within 60 minutes or less, however, it can take a few hours if we are out doing field work. If you do not see your ad online within 24 hours, please email us at nature(at)workcabin.ca.
We’re a niche job site. Because of that we’re recognized for quality and skilled applicants rather than quantity (ie. general job seekers and hopeful career-changers like you’d get from generalist job boards). If there’s one thing we’ve learned over many years in the job site business it’s this: our clients use WorkCabin because they don’t want a Mount Everest-sized pile of resumes from unqualified applicants originating from general Monster-sized job boards. That being said, job markets can go through challenging phases such as highly competitive, uncertainty, economic downtowns, etc. that can reduce movement or availability of candidates.
