By accessing or using our website (www.workcabin.ca) or services (collectively referred to as “the Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

WorkCabin.ca provides a platform for employers to post job opportunities related to environmental conservation, as well as for job seekers to search and apply for these positions. We may also offer additional features or services at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to enter into this agreement and that all information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Accounts

In order to access certain features of the Site, such as applying for jobs or posting job listings, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering and to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account login details.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security related to your account.

5. Job Listings and Content

WorkCabin.ca provides the platform for employers to post jobs, but we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any job listing. Job seekers are advised to conduct their own due diligence before applying for positions or entering into any employment agreements.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that the job listings they post comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment laws, anti-discrimination laws, and environmental regulations.

There are no refunds once a job is activated and live on our website.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Post any job listings or content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory.
  • Engage in harassment, spamming, or other disruptive behavior.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the Site for any purpose other than its intended use (searching for conservation jobs or recruiting qualified candidates).

Any violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to the Site.
