Title: Summer Program Instructor
Department: Outdoor Education
Reports to: Outdoor Education Supervisors & Manager
Spend Your Summer in the Mountains
At Mt Seymour, we believe being in the mountains is incredible. Our mission is to create “wow” experiences in a mountain environment for all skillsets and abilities, and our summer programs are no exception.
Our Eco-Adventure Camp is a wilderness-based day camp for children aged 5-12, focused on nature, connection, outdoor skills, and personal growth. We’re looking for Outdoor Education Program Guides to deliver engaging, hands-on experiences and help create unforgettable days for our campers.
As a Program Guide, you’ll be part of a small, passionate team bringing our summer camp programs to life. You’ll lead groups of children through outdoor adventures, teach foundational wilderness skills, and foster a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
This is an active, outdoor role where you’ll spend your days hiking trails, leading games and activities, and building meaningful connections with campers, all while working in a beautiful mountain setting.
There is also potential for work throughout the winter season December-March, supporting our snowshoe tours and winter programming.
