Help Desk Technologist
Water Security Agency (WSA) an enthusiastic individual to join the
Information Technology team as a term Help Desk Technologist.
Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, an employee in
this job will, as a first point of contact, provide direct user support
for software application, hardware and network connectivity
requests and problems. In addition, this employee will undertake
support responsibilities for computer operations and hardware
installation and maintenance.
This position will undertake help desk support activities involving
identifying and resolving hardware, software, and communications
problems of varying complexities and assist in administering user
access and rights on all corporate IT assets. This position will also
undertake day to day hardware and software maintenance tasks
related to the network, servers and workstations.
The successful candidate will have completed of a two year
post-secondary Computer Science or similar discipline program.
