Campground Maintance worker
Maintenance are responsible For:
The cleaning and upkeep of park facilities including washrooms, campsites and other common areas. Maintenance workers are required to perform maintenance activities in the campground which may include campsite clean up, grass cutting, janitorial services, and painting. Maintenance worker are required to have a valid drivers licence, with a satisfactory driving history.
During peak season Washroom cleaning will be the primary responsibility of the position.
Staff Housing is available for staff at the rate of $119.42/week, which includes room and board, and 3 meals per day. Staff house facilities are operated by Ontario Parks.
Rate of Pay: $12.50/hr + 4% vacation pay 40-44 hours/week.
Qualifications:
Excellent People Skills (orally and written)
Strong organizational Skills Ability to work independently as well as a team environment
Current First Aid and CPR
Must be able to preform outdoor physical labour
Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
MUST HAVE OWN PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO WORK AND VALID DRIVERS LICENCE MUST HAVE A CURRENT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE POSITIONS ARE OFFERED
